Who runs Volition?
Mikail Toprak founded Volition and leads every engagement personally. The person who reviews your store before the first call is the person who signs off every test plan and every decision after it.

Why Volition exists
Most changes to online stores are made because someone in a meeting liked them. Some of those changes help, some quietly cost money, and very few teams can say which is which.
Volition exists to replace that guesswork with a written, repeatable process. Research finds the problem, a hypothesis states what should happen and why, a test against a control group shows what actually happened, and a decision is made by rules agreed in advance.
How Mikail works with a brand
Every engagement starts with the store itself. Before the first call Mikail reviews it and records a short video on the points where shoppers are most likely to hesitate. From there, he sets up the research, writes and prioritises the hypotheses, agrees each test plan with your team and explains every result in plain language.
You deal with one person who knows your store, your numbers and your test history, from the first call onward.
What the name means
Volition is the act of making a conscious choice. Every change on your store should be one: chosen on purpose, tested honestly and kept only if it earns its place.
Where Volition is based
Volition is based in Waldenbuch, near Stuttgart, Germany, and works remotely and in English with brands in any country. You can reach Mikail at mail@mikailtoprak.com.
